Phasedata to aquire all customer assets of Inklight Development, LLC.
Rochester, NY.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 6, 2000-- Phasedata said that it has agreed to aquire the customer assetts of Inklight Development, LLC.  a Rochester, NY corporation with operations in North Western New York.

Inklight Development, LLC, founded in 1998, has grown very rapidly to become one of the leaders in sales of web sites to educational institutions, professional businesses and many other customers.

The Company said that it hoped to have the acquisition completed within the next 60-90 days, subject to approval. During that time the two companies would work out how all current customers will be converted and upgraded to Phasedata's advanced solutions platform.
